  • Great Indian restaurant with great tasting food and nice ambience.. 4 of us from Atlanta we're looking for a good Indian restaurant. Our tour guide recommended this restaurant and other reviews were good as well. We ordered Lassis (Mango & Sweet), Maracuya Juice, Maharaja Dosa, Masala Dosa, Veg. Biryani, veg Hakka Noodles, Pista & Malai Kulfi.. Mango Lassi was really good.. Sweet Lassi was okay. Both Dosa's were great with good Sambar and Chutneys.. Veg Biryani was great and tasty.. Veg. Hakka noodles were okay. We also though Kulfi's were just okay .. not what we expected.. Service was great and place was nice/clean. Highly recommend this place as a must eat when in Panama.

  • One of the few Indian restaurants in the city. Food was decent but not authentic. Also, it seemed to be bit pricey as well. I tried their veg biryani, dahi vada , dosa and nasal chai. All tasted pretty decent. The sambar and chutneys for dosa dint taste that great. Sambar was bland and chutney was cold. Service and ambience were great! If you are lucky to have Indian food then can definitely give a try!

  • Amazing Indian food you can get in panama city. Authentic flavour and good hospitality.

  • The chicken tandoori was outstanding, bursting with flavor and perfectly moist. The jeera rice was rich, buttery, and balanced with just the right amount of cumin. However, the raita was thin and bland, the sauce lacked creaminess, and the naan was disappointingly flat rather than light and fluffy.

  • This is our second trip to Panamá City, and we decided to give "The Raj" a try this time and I'm glad we did. Their food is probably an unexpected surprise that we didn't expect in Panamá City., as their Daal Makhani is probably the best we had in a while. Veg Biryani was decent though made out of long grained rice, and we expected Basmati Rice - and probably that was too much to expect. Their naans just as authentic as they can get. We will definitely order food from this place again!

  • We love Indian food and this was one of our best Indian food experiences that we had so far. We were happy to find this restaurant and can highly recommend it.
